I recommend that each suggested amendment which receives both a 2nd and a 3rd formal backing or reinforcement/agreement from other teams be automatically placed on the subsequent amendment ballot.

It'll take a proposal, then a 2nd and a 3rd for a proposal to be voted upon.

Can we also get the forum heading changed in the process? That 2nd m bothers me as much as the extra e in Lightening. Ron Guidry was not making Louisiana whiter. He pitched really fast and was from Louisiana. He doesn't need the e like Amendments doesn't need 3 m's.
